Dear Sunrise Mountain High School Band Supporter,
The Sunrise Mountain High School Band Program continues to grow, inspire, and achieve new levels of excellence. Over the past several years, our talented student musicians have earned recognition through outstanding performances at competitions, community events, and school functions across the Valley. Their success has helped make the Pride of Sunrise one of the area's premier music programs and has inspired more students than ever to become part of our band family.
As our program grows, so do the costs of providing an exceptional experience for every student. Expenses for instruments, instrument repairs, transportation, uniforms, music, equipment, competition fees, and instructional staff continue to rise each year. Although the State of Arizona and the Peoria Unified School District provide valuable support, public funding alone cannot cover the full cost of operating a high-quality band program. As a result, we rely on student participation fees, fundraising efforts, and the generosity of community partners to bridge the gap.
